#connect to christ

Knowing and obeying God’s Word is essential. Find tools for both adults and children by clicking HERE.

#Grow with others

Intentional Hospitality is simply the act of inviting people on purpose to share food, conversation, and relationship to get to know one another better around a table. It can be to your home, a park, or a restaurant or coffee shop (Dutch treat). It doesn’t need to be fancy, just intentional. While not every time may involve a direct gospel conversation, every time is about expressing the love of Christ in relationship. Intentional Hospitality involves both people we know well and those we don’t, both brothers & sisters in Christ (#growwithothers) and those who don’t follow Jesus yet like neighbors, co-workers, etc. (#engagetheworld). We see hospitality as a core action and heart attitude of biblical, loving, Spirit-filled disciples in the pages of the New Testament. How can you be intentional in doing this?

#Engage the World

Pray for someone going to the Dominican Republic - Will you commit to pray for one of them from now until they come back?

IW of the Month

Matt and Rachel Clason

  • We are thankful for Rachels parents Doug and Karen Conkle who will be arriving in Germany this week. Doug is going to help with some construction needs at our new regional office and they will help watch our girls while we travel for a few days.

  • Pray for our trip to Mongolia this next week. We are eager to see how God is at work in that country. Pray for safe travels and that we will be an encouragement to our IWs there.

  • These next few months are a season of many transitions for our MCA IWs as they come and go from their fields of service. This is a busy season with families packing and getting ready for new ministries and new routines. Pray for the hard goodbyes that are coming.

  • We are thankful for a new family who recently arrived in Jerusalem. Please continue to pray for peace.

Monthly Prayer Focus

PRAY FOR Discipleship and Outreach

Our prayer focus this month is on discipleship and outreach. Being witnesses of the love and reality of Jesus is one of our biggest privileges as disciples of Jesus. So, let’s pray that the Holy Spirit would increase our love and our desire to represent and proclaim Christ in practical and real ways. May we not see people as generic groups but remember that each person who is far from God is also created in the image of God. Pray that every person at FACT would fully embrace the complete picture of what it means to be a biblical, healthy disciple of Jesus and that as we live in the fullness of Christ, we would seek out and respond to the opportunities to bless people and make new disciples in our community every day. Pray for willingness and boldness to build relationships with individuals in our spheres of influence, even when it’s challenging because relationships open doors.

All of Jesus for All the World
Alliance Ministries

LIBERIA

Please pray for God’s comfort for the families of 16 individuals who died recently in a mudslide at a gold mine in Rivercess County. Some of the workers were members of the Alliance church.

WEST AFRICA

Several new boys were added at the detention center where an Alliance team ministers. The team writes, "They were freed from the hands of the bad guys in our country. After a few months, the boys were placed at the center where we serve. We have been praying for children who are in the hands of the enemy and that the Lord would free them. What a miracle to have them placed at this center that allows Bible classes each week! Pray that these boys will understand the good news."
